Yoga practice is a prayer of gratitude spoken through your body. Each yoga session is an honoring of your body articulated through movement and beath. You begin bys sitting, eyes closed, palms together in prayer. You set you intention and then start to move. As you move, you find strength and openness. Think of each pose as an offering to your embodied existence. Your practice becomes a gesture of thankfulness for what you’ve been given, for all the things your able to do.
